  • リフォーム・内装工事

    デザインと工事をトータルで一括発注をする場合と、デザインと工事を別々に発注する場合と２パターンあります。お客様の予算と要望にあわせて最適な提案をします。

    There are two patterns: when ordering design and construction in total, and when ordering design and construction separately. We will make the best proposal according to your budget and requests.

  • ブランディング

    ロゴ、メニュー、チラシ、ホームページなどのブランディングを行います。

    We do branding for logos, menus, flyers, homepages, etc.

インテリアデザイン費用

明朗会計を心がけております。
公益社団法人日本インテリアデザイナー協会の業務報酬基準に基づき算出しています。
工事費用の10％～12％が費用の目安になります。

500,000円/１案件

※構造計算、設備設計、音響設計などが必要な場合は、別途設計料を承ります。
※デザイン業務に関わる諸経費、確認申請、中間及び完了検査申請手数料は別途承ります。

We are committed to clear accounting. Calculated based on the business remuneration standards of the Japan Interior Designers Association, a public interest incorporated association. The estimated cost is 10% to 12% of the construction cost. Floor area unit 18,000 yen/1 square meter minimum standard fee 500,000 yen/1 project *If structural calculation, equipment design, acoustic design, etc. are required, a separate design fee will be charged. *Expenses related to design work, confirmation application, intermediate and final inspection application fees will be charged separately.

進め方について

  • 1. ヒアリング

    オーナー様の構想・思い・イメージをヒアリングします。
    豊富な実績とノウハウからコンセプトを決めます。

    We will listen to the owner's plans, thoughts, and images. We decide on a concept based on our extensive experience and know-how.

  • 2. プレゼンテーション

    コンセプトに基づき図面、イメージ写真を含めたプレゼンテーションを行います。

    We will give a presentation including drawings and image photos based on the concept.

  • 3. お見積もり

    基本計画での予算表を提出します。
    複数の協力業者さんにお見積りを依頼して、適正価格を算出します。

    Submit a budget statement based on the basic plan. We request quotes from multiple subcontractors to calculate a fair price.

  • 4. デザイン設計・施工契約

    デザイン設計のみもお受けいたします。
    デザイン通りの工事となるようにオープンまで工事会社さんと打合せ・監理を行います。

    We also accept design requests only. We will hold meetings with and supervise the construction company until the opening to ensure that the construction is carried out according to the design.

  • 6. 実施設計 工事準備

    基本計画を具体化するために詳細な実施設計を行います。
    同時に工事の準備も進めます。

    We will conduct a detailed implementation design to make the basic plan concrete. At the same time, we will also proceed with construction preparations.

  • 7. 実施設計・工事業者打合せ

    詳細な実施設計を行います。
    またデザイン通りの工事となるように工事会社さんと打合せを行います。

  • 8. 工事着工

  • 9. 竣工 お引渡し

    デザイン設計者及び施工管理者と引渡しチェックをします。
    引き渡し書類のサインとカギをお渡ししてお引渡し完了です。

    We will check the delivery with the design architect and construction manager. The handover is completed by signing the handover documents and handing over the keys.

  • 10. オープン

    オープン後もアフターフォローをします。

    We will also provide after-sales follow-up after opening.

  • 11. オプション

    繁盛店にするために、看板デザイン、ホームページ、メニュー、チラシの立案・制作をうけたまわっております。 SNSの組み立て、動画・プロモーションビデオの撮影、映像物の制作も得意です。
